Google Singapore

As a key driver of Google's media revenue growth, I led strategies for major FMCG/CPG clients, managing a $160MM+ portfolio. Collaborating with C/B-level executives, I focused on regional JBPs to enhance media effectiveness, aligning with top-tier agencies on core media deliverables. Partnering with Nielsen, I conducted sales lift and ROI studies. In digital transformation, I centralized buying and measurement, educated clients on first-party data, and initiated Beauty Tech activations. As the primary contact for Google, I oversaw creative, measurement, and exploratory projects. In a 20% project, I crafted a Gen Z narrative for multiple APAC markets and mentored startups in digital marketing and tech transformation within the Google for Startups (GFS) program.

EssenceMediacom (GroupM, WPP)

Managed multi-million dollar budgets in the APAC team for Procter & Gamble's SK-II luxury skincare brand, overseeing media planning and branding solutions in 8 markets. Led YouTube, Display, Search, and Social strategies, achieving 1.5x YoY growth in new user acquisition. Influenced processes and operational plans, shaping SK-II's business outcomes. Directed a regional team for SEM implementation across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines for 20 brands. Led a diverse team, implementing scalable initiatives for traffic growth and achieving a 25% YoY improvement in CPCs through custom bidding strategies and test-and-learn plans. Automated reports for real-time optimization using AdWords Scripts and collaborated with vendors on Search dashboards for P&G brand teams.

Jan 2014 - Feb 2016

Amazon India

Oversaw SEM operations for 30+ categories, contributing to 15% of website revenue. Scaled channel to 10x visits, 18x revenue, and improved efficiencies by 5000 bpts through hands-on optimization. Pioneered Product Listing Ads adoption globally on Amazon. Implemented 3rd party automation using Kenshoo for campaign scaling. Led paid mobile search initiatives and contributed to internal tool development for PLA automation and Catalog-based keyword generation, enhancing paid search channel scalability.
